For the first time, as of 7.0.0, SDK evaluators will be given the full source code for the entire SDK. Prior to 7, full source was provided for everything but the Core and Forest libraries, creating a dependency on IDV to provide every possible build type for all Visual Studio versions as well as a dependency on an license key with calls to CCore::Authorize().
